Clinical Facilitator - Aged Care - Relocation Opportunity NSW!

We’re currently recruiting a passionate and experienced Clinical Facilitator to join a dedicated aged care team in Northern NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to support the professional development of nursing staff in a well-established facility, all while enjoying a rewarding and collaborative work environment.

Competitive hourly rate: $60–$65 + super + benefits

Full-time, Monday – Friday position

Requirements:

Current AHPRA Registration

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in aged care

Strong clinical skillset and aged care background

Sound knowledge of accreditation standards

Training and Assessment Qualification (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
