Based in the Mid North Coast NSW region there is an opportunity for both a Care Manager and Clinical Team Leader for up to 3 months with a reputable aged care home. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Care Managers and Clinical Team Leaders/Coordinators (RNs) with at least 2 years of leadership experience in aged care, looking for a rewarding short term engagement in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the clinical team to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff to uphold best practices.
• Oversee clinical reporting, auditing, and compliance.
• Develop and monitor individualised care plans.
• Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Clinical & Operational Leadership to manage feedback and complaints effectively.
• Provide ongoing education and guidance to team members

About You:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered) with leadership experience in aged care.
• Experience as Care Manager and or Clinical Team Leader in an aged care residential setting
• Strong clinical governance and compliance knowledge.
• Confident in using aged care technology and systems.
• Ability to implement and execute change
• Up-to-date immunisations and police check (or willingness to obtain).
• Passionate about providing resident-focused care and fostering a positive team culture
