Your Role as a Night Shift RN

· Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents throughout the night.

· Monitor resident well-being, administer medications, manage clinical incidents, and perform overnight assessments.

· Provide leadership and guidance to care staff during night hours.

· Ensure accurate clinical documentation and handover processes. Maintain a calm, secure, and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Registered Nurses (RNs) or Clinical RNs who are comfortable and confident working night shifts
✔ AHPRA Registered – Essential for all applicants
✔ Experience in aged care is highly regarded but not essential—new grads with night availability are welcome
✔ Strong communicator, independent thinker, and compassionate caregiver
✔ Committed to compliance, clinical excellence, and a resident-first approach

Must currently be living in ACT or surrounding area.
