We're looking for a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to help craft engaging and intuitive experiences for our customers and staff.

Job Summary

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into beautiful digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that align with business goals and user requirements.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups

Create user personas, journey maps, and interaction models, including for our email and eDM campaign journeys

Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation matches design intent

Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data

Maintain and evolve our design systems and UI guidelines

Advocate for UX best practices across teams

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Experience with prototyping and conducting usability tests

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A portfolio showcasing user interface designs, user flows, wireframes and prototypes across different digital platforms.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience working in agile environments

Motion/interaction design experience
