Design Impactful Solutions for 100k+ Global Users

IBISWorld is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 3+ years’ experience to join the Product Team and help elevate the digital experience across our retail and client websites. You'll contribute to crafting beautiful, functional and user-centered designs while maintaining alignment with our brand identity. Key Duties

UI & Visual Design

Design high-quality, user-friendly interfaces across our digital public- and client-facing platforms

Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and engaging

Contribute to data visualization and new feature designs

Design Systems

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines

Document design standards and patterns

Apply established patterns but know when to propose something new

Research and User Experience

Self-manage user research and testing sessions

Apply research insights to improve design solutions

Create and refine user flows and journey maps

Iterate based on user feedback and business requirements

Collaboration

Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Marketing and Customer Experience teams

Communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, mockups and presentations

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

Key Competencies

Core Experience

3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design

Proven track record of delivering effective digital experiences

Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines

Technical Proficiency

Figma wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity designs

Working understanding of HTML/CSS

Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards

Design Expertise

Strong UI and visual design skills with keen attention to detail

Understanding responsive design principles

Experience with data visualization

Ability to balance creativity with systematic design approaches

UX Fundamentals

Solid grasp of user-centered and data-driven design principles

Experience with user flows, personas, journey mapping

Ability to transfer user needs into effective design solutions

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design and micro-interactions

Ability to create custom icons and visual assets

Experience with b2b products and data-heavy interfaces
