Who You Are?
You’re driven, coachable, and ready to hustle. You’re invested in your own sales training, and you know how to close deals without applying unnecessary pressure. Also, trade experience wouldn't hurt, but not essential!
You are the right fit if:
You have at least 2 years of professional sales experience.
You are willing to put in the hours (40+ per week if needed).
You’re technically capable.
You take feedback and use it to improve.
Tasks:
Conduct outbound calls to leads who have recently enquired with us.
Ask questions to discover their experience and motivation.
Present and demonstrate the value of achieving a Nationally recognised certificate through RPL.
Handle objections and confidently close deals on the call.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activity within the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with support from the team
We are expanding rapidly and looking to take on another 2 x sales agents, with an expected start date on 5/05/25.
