If you’re someone who loves talking to people, connecting on a real level, and wants to work in health, fitness or coaching — this could be your lane.

BIGRIG Strength Project is an online health and strength coaching program built specifically for rural and country Aussie men. We help hard-working blokes get strong, sort out their health, and show up better for their families and their lives.

We’ve got a steady flow of leads and a proven system — now we need someone who can help us connect with the right men, guide them into our program, and possibly step into a coaching role if it’s a good fit.

THIS ROLE IS IDEAL IF YOU:

Have some experience in sales or people-facing roles (retail, coaching, PT, customer service, etc.).

Are passionate about health, fitness, or helping others level up.

Can hold a solid convo, ask the right questions, and actually listen.

Understand (or come from) country life — the kind of life where blokes work hard, don’t complain, and rarely put themselves first.

Want a job where your work has real impact, not just hitting quotas.

Might want to step into a coaching / management role in the future — or blend both roles over time.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Reaching out to warm leads (no cold calls), having yarns, and building trust.

Qualifying leads and booking calls for our 28 day Kickstarter.

Following up and keeping track of client conversations with our CRM (Zipleads).

Supporting the team and potentially stepping into a coaching role if you’re aligned and ready.

THE SET-UP:

Commission-only to start — perfect for someone who backs themselves and wants the flexibility to grow.

Pathway to full-time role with a base salary + Commission for the right person (or whatever we discuss and agree upon)

Weekly support, full training, and mentoring provided — you’ll never be left in the dark.

Remote role — work from anywhere in Australia with good signal and solid work ethic.
