Job Title: Procurement Reporting Analyst – Power BI & Data Automation Expert
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Perth, WA
Love Turning Data into Action? This Role’s for You.
On behalf of our client, we are on a lookout for a Procurement Reporting Analyst who gets excited about turning raw numbers into clear, actionable insights. If you’re the kind of person who sees manual reporting as a puzzle to solve—not just a task to complete—we want you on our team.
You’ll be the backbone of our procurement function, using Power BI, Power Apps, and Advanced Excel to automate reports, build intuitive dashboards, and help stakeholders make smarter decisions. No more drowning in spreadsheets—just smart, scalable solutions that actually get used.
What You’ll Do:
Build & Automate: Design and maintain self-updating procurement dashboards in Power BI and Power Apps—so the team spends less time pulling data and more time using it.
Data Mastery: Wrangle messy datasets with Advanced Excel (think Power Query, macros, and pivot tables that actually work).
Solve Problems: Spot reporting gaps, suggest improvements, and adapt tools as needs change—your work will shape real business decisions.
Collaborate: Work with stakeholders to understand what they really need (not just what they ask for) and deliver reports that hit the mark.
Own the Details: Ensure data accuracy and optimize processes—because trust in reporting starts with you.
What You Bring:
Technical Expertise:
Proven skills in Power BI (dashboard building is a must).
Advanced Excel wizardry (formulas, Power Query, data models—you know how to make it sing).
SQL knowledge (a plus, but not a dealbreaker).
A sharp eye for visualization—you know how to make data mean something at a glance.
The Right Mindset:
A fixer’s mentality—you see inefficiencies and can’t help but improve them.
Clear communication—you translate "data talk" into plain English.
Meticulous attention to detail (typos in reports? not on your watch).
The ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Why You’ll Enjoy This Gig:
Impact: Your tools will directly shape procurement strategies—no "shelfware" reports here.
Growth: Level up your skills in automation, BI, and stakeholder management.
Team: Work with smart, collaborative people who value your expertise.
Ready to build reports people actually use? Apply now—let’s create something great.
(12-month contract, Perth-based candidates ONLY, immediate start preferred.)
