We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at Rydges Canberra. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to step into leadership, with a strong passion for cocktails, guest service, and creating a dynamic bar experience.

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the bar, helping to lead and inspire the team while delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You’ll take pride in your craft, contribute to the development of the cocktail and beverage menus, and take ownership of bar presentation, stock, and service standards.

You’ll work closely with the F&B leadership team to ensure smooth service, staff support, and consistent quality. Whether you’re shaking cocktails, mentoring a junior team member, or jumping behind the bar during a busy service, you lead by example and bring energy, creativity, and confidence to every shift.
