Overview:

We specialise in modular builds and do everything from wall frames, roofing, cladding, verandas and decking.

With some large commercial clients in the mining sector, we also have government and residential clients, and with our growing team we are seeking to continue our growth journey and are looking to engage experienced Carpenters who are capable of being a team leader amongst our current workforce.

Competitive payrate based on experience with an immediate start desired.

Main tasks:

- Construction of steel frame modular, commercial and residential buildings, external cladding and roof sheeting.

- Manage and undertake all aspects of the carpentry trade.

- Perform routine inspection and maintenance and repairs on buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.

- Partitions / Door Framing.

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

- Minimum of a relevant Certificate III qualification

- At least 1 year’ relevant industry experience

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

- Demonstrated ability in working autonomously and as part of a team.

- Knowledge and understanding of building and construction industry.

- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and construction methods, including framing, finishing, and cladding.

- Efficient and high-quality workmanship.

- Current Driver's License and a car.

- Construction Induction Card (White/Red Card).

- Working at heights desired.
