About the role

Custom Carpentry Perth is seeking an experienced Roof Carpenter to join the team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Roof Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of high-quality timber roofing systems and other carpentry jobs. This is a full-time position based in Perth Northern suburbs with overtime if wanted.

What you'll be doing

Help build timber roofs from start to finish

Building modular homes

Tasks including timber framing, cladding, metal studd walls and trusses, sheeting and flashings

What we're looking for

A qualified Carpenter with experience in timber Roofing and willing to work on other carpentry builds

Someone that's hard working fit and confident in walking and working on roofs

Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and building techniques

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans

Excellent carpentry skills, including the use of power tools and hand tools

Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation and white card
