The Data Policy Officer is integral to YETI's efforts to integrate data into service delivery, ensuring both compliance and the achievement of quality outcomes for vulnerable young people. Policy Development & Review
- Collaborate with the Executive Officer to align policy development with data insights, ensuring that policies reflect the latest evidence, trends, and the needs of YP.
- Ensure policies adhere to compliance standards and legal requirements, particularly in relation to data privacy and confidentiality.
Staff Training & Support
- Develop and deliver training for staff to build proficiency in using data systems (e.g., SRS, CADDS, Power BI, Excel, etc.), and ensure that they understand the importance of accurate data input for both compliance and program effectiveness.
Compliance & Data Governance
- Monitor service data to ensure consistency and accuracy, proactively addressing gaps or discrepancies to ensure YETI meets its KPI’s and compliance obligations.
