Business Development Manager - Real Estate | Melbourne
Opportunity exists for an experienced Real Estate BDM or Property Manager currently managing their own new business listings to to join a high end, corporate & well paying office!
We are looking for a hungry and motivated Business Development Manager to take on this role in prime location. Work with a strong team, industry pull with huge earning potential.
This office network generates 40+ new business rental leads/ month, we just need an experienced Real Estate professional to close them and earn $$$!!
> High Base + High Comms - Leads GIVEN to you to signup!
> Progression achievable into Senior BDM roles, earn greater % & Base Salary + manage a team of BDMs!
> BDM Staff Training sessions provided fortnightly !
> Work under a department manager who is incentivised to help YOU hit KPIs & targets!
Key Responsibilities:
- List and lease new properties.
- Actively pursue new leads and opportunities to grow the rent roll through consistent prospecting efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network.
- Conduct market appraisals.
- Meet daily and weekly prospecting goals.
- Prepare well-presented, accurate, and compelling landlord proposals.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department for lead generation, collateral, and promotional opportunities.
Ideal Attributes:
- Previous experience in business development within property management.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Impeccable presentation and a customer service-oriented attitude, with a focus on building positive relationships and creating memorable client experiences.
- Exceptional organisational skills, including prioritisation, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.
- Ability to independently identify tasks and execute them effectively while also collaborating productively within a team, maintaining attention to detail.
- Committed to professionalism, quality, and confidentiality.
- Possession of a Registration Certificate, valid Driver's License, and police check.
WHATS ON OFFER:
Base Salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Phone + Laptop + Parking free on site + Commissions as % of letting fee and average annual management fee (on target earnings $130,000 - $160,000 / annum)
