• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in capital markets
• Expertise in electronic and algorithmic trading strategies
• Strong server-side coding skills in C# (Java also considered, if you're ready to embrace C#)
• Deep knowledge of Asian market microstructure (or other markets)
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
