A not-for-profit Diamond House (Clubhouse SA Inc.) is a psychosocial rehabilitation service based in Port Adelaide, South Australia. Operating under the internationally recognised Clubhouse model, Diamond House provides a safe and supportive environment for people with lived experience of mental illness. Members engage in meaningful work, social connection, skill-building, and personal development through structured programs. Guided by the motto “A safe place to belong, work and return,” Diamond House empowers individuals to achieve independence and recovery in a respectful, inclusive community.

Diamond House (Clubhouse SA Inc.) is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate and experienced NDIS Plan Manager to join our team. You'll be part of a small, supportive group working alongside people with lived experience of mental illness, helping them manage their NDIS plans and access the supports they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely data entry into our internal system and the NDIS portal

Engage with NDIS participants, families, carers, and providers in a respectful and professional manner

Provide quality customer service aligned with our trauma-informed practice

Keep up to date knowledge with NDIS, NDIS pricing arrangements and guidelines, and plan management

Handle office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and email communication

Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Participate as part of the wider Diamond House community

Essential Requirements:

Highly organised and detail-focused with strong data entry skills

Problem-solver who can think on your feet

2 -year experience with NDIS Plan Management is a must

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn new internal CRM platform

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passionate about supporting individuals living with disabilities
