Quality Health Care (QHC) is looking for an experienced staff for our SIL Accommodation Services in the Southerland Shire - Miranda

The Role:

Our Support Worker positions are to guide and inspire people with Physical High-Care Complex, Intellectual disabilities/Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.

To Succeed you will need

Cert IV or equivalent industry experience

At least 6 months experience within Complex High Physical Needs setting in the disability sector

NDIS Worker Clearance

Working With Children Check (WWC)

Personal care, medication administration and manual handling experience.

A passion for providing person centred care

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good availability to work during days, nights and weekends

Unrestricted Working Visa

Valid Driving License and Vehicle
