About the Role

As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping unlock the full potential of their digital platforms, data, and AI-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with C-suite executives, guiding them through complex digital challenges and delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing expert Personalization, automation & digital services, shaping and delivering high-value transformation programs.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Martech and Digital experts to deliver impactful, strategic solutions.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven strategies.
• Driving new business opportunities and contributing to growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute data, marketing and customer behaviour initiatives.

• A knowledge and track record of implementing personalization and customer behaviour programmes.
• A strong understanding of Data & Martech integrations and technology.
• Proven ability to influence and engage C-suite executives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and large-scale projects.
• Commercially savvy, with the ability to drive revenue growth and business success.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in digital media, marketing, or technology strategy (8+ years).
