As part of a broader transformation, they are implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to enhance data-driven decision-making and service delivery.

About the Role
As Project Director, Digital Transformation, you will lead the scoping, implementation, and delivery of the ERP system and associated digital initiatives. You will provide strategic oversight of the organisation's data architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, operational efficiency, and cyber-security standards

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the organisation's current and future data architecture to support digital transformation.
• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP system, ensuring integration with existing business applications.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and reporting to the executive team and board.
• Overseeing vendor selection and managing third-party implementation.
• Driving stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure successful system adoption.
• Identifying risks and ensuring compliance with cyber-security and risk management frameworks.
• Advising on emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, to enhance service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience leading digital transformation projects, particularly ERP implementations.
• Proven experience in data architecture, including conducting assessments to define current and future state frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to align technology solutions with organisational goals.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and boards.
• A track record of successfully managing budgets, risks, and project timelines.
