Customer Service – Entry Level

Kokoda Caravans | Campbellfield | Full Time | 38hrs – Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sat

Do you have strong customer service experience and want to be part of something adventurous? We’re looking for someone personable, reliable, and eager to grow — no caravan knowledge required (we’ll train you)!

If you’ve worked in a polished customer environment like Crown or luxury retail and are now ready for something fresh and fulfilling — we want to meet you!

🗓 Your regular workdays will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with occasional caravan shows on weekends. If you work a Sunday, you’ll receive a day off in lieu.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers and guiding them through colour selections for their caravan

Coordinating handovers and helping customers get ready for pickup day

Answering phones and delivering 5-star service across every interaction

Supporting admin tasks (data entry, CRM updates, follow-ups)

Covering the sales yard on Saturdays and working at weekend caravan shows (with a day in lieu for Sunday work)

Who You Are:

A people person — warm, professional, and confident

Experienced in customer service (e.g., hospitality, events, or high-end retail)

Someone who takes direction well and thrives on clear purpose

Organized, on-time, and ready to learn (we’ll train you in all things caravans)

Comfortable with a fixed workweek including Saturdays
