About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at Steadfast Logistics, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service and support to address their queries. Based in Dandenong South, VIC, this full-time position plays a key role in fostering strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of our logistics and transportation business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, Salesforce, and Live Chat.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored freight solutions.
• Explain freight services, pricing, and relevant solutions in clear terms.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide updates and track important shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and MachShip.
• Assist with preparing quotes and booking freight services.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure timely responses to urgent inquiries and updates by liaising with carriers.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MachShip is preferred.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
