About the Role
Ecosaver Australia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer (CSO) to join our fast-growing team. Based in Melbourne or working remotely, you’ll be supporting the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to job scheduling.
You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams, managing consent calls, documentation, CRM updates, and client communications. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a structured, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consent calls and assist customers in completing upgrade approvals
Upload consent forms and call recordings to our ERP system (DataForce)
Create and manage jobs in the CRM, assigning them to relevant sales agents
Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and job handover
Communicate with customers via SMS and phone to confirm appointments
Maintain complete and accurate customer records across all systems
Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader sales and ops teams
About You
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, administration, or coordination
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Confident using CRMs/ERPs (DataForce experience is highly regarded)
Self-starter with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
Interest in sustainability and the clean energy industry is a bonus
