Appointment Setter – Lead Conversion Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Perth, WA (Hybrid or Remote – must work WA business hours)

You’ll lead the first conversation with skill, presence, and excitement — helping each client see the value of booking their initial Strategy Session with our Build Directors. They’re warm leads, already curious. You just need to communicate the vision with confidence.

You’ll be the first face of the company — a trusted advisor, not a script-reader.

You’ll have uncapped commission potential, with clear bonus payouts for every attended session you book.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team to fine-tune your approach and maximise lead flow.

In between inbound leads, we’ll equip you with custom tech tools to source and map new opportunities — giving you the power to run your own battle plan.

You’ll help shape the future of an ambitious, values-led company that’s scaling fast.

What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly to inbound leads through phone, text, and email — usually within minutes.

Build rapport and communicate the Odeion vision with warmth, clarity, and builder-level confidence.

Guide homeowners into booking their first Strategy Session — not through pressure, but through energy and purpose.

Track everything in HubSpot CRM, follow up consistently, and never let a lead fall through the cracks.

Partner with our marketing team to improve scripts, sourcing strategies, and lead flow.

Use company-provided tools to strategically source additional opportunities if there’s time between calls — you’ll be in full control of your pipeline.

Who You Are:

You’ve got emotional intelligence, tone, and presence — people trust you immediately.

Experience in construction, real estate, or high-touch services is a huge bonus.

What You’ll Earn:

Base Salary: $70,000 AUD

Uncapped Bonus Structure — earn up to $130,000+ in performance-based payouts

OTE: $200,000+ (and the runway to go beyond it)

Bonuses are paid monthly based on qualified, attended bookings.
