Are you an electrician that enjoys working solo and indoors?

Due to growth we are looking for an additional Smoke Alarm Electrician who is a motivated and skilled electrical tradesperson that takes pride in their work. You will be working solo in your own company provided van performing smoke alarm, services, installations and electrical maintenance work between Brisbane North and The Sunshine Coast. Ideal is a Caboolture or surrounds home base but we are open to consider applicants anywhere in SE QLD.

The overview of the role:

Installing smoke alarms with precision, in alignment with relevant safety codes and regulations.

General domestic and small commercial electrical maintenance ( GPO, lights, fans, switches etc )

Conducting comprehensive inspections of existing smoke alarm systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Diagnosing and resolving any technical issues related to smoke alarms and safety switches.

Keeping records of installations, maintenance tasks, and testing outcomes.

Engaging with homeowners to educate them about the critical importance of smoke alarms and safety switches.

Electrical Workers Licence Queensland

Queensland Drivers licence

Clear National Police Check

Bluecard
