The Role:

• Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters as we continue to scale
• Manage a 360 desk, focused on blue-collar roles in construction and civil
• Drive team performance and help shape recruitment strategy
• Strengthen existing client relationships and win new business
• Source and place top-tier candidates, both locally and internationally
• Represent EWS on-site and at client meetings across Melbourne

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven Experience – 3–4+ years in blue collar recruitment, ideally with leadership or mentoring exposure
✔️ Industry Knowledge – Solid understanding of blue-collar hiring in construction and civil
✔️ Leadership Drive – Ready to step up or already leading a team and looking for more growth
✔️ Performance Focused – Target-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about results
✔️ Strong Communicator – Confident, professional, and able to guide and inspire others
