This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise effectively during peak booking periods, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA - without experience in one of the following GDS programs, you will not be considered so please do not apply.

This criteria is critical to your success: Your responsibilities will include accurately ticketing group flights and pre/post-tour extenders. This person MUST have previous experience managing airfares using SABRE, GALILEO or AMADEUS (SABRE preferred) and a strong understanding of complex fare structures.

Additionally, you will oversee the tour contracting process, managing and confirming multiple suppliers for each tour to ensure all meals, accommodation, attractions and transport providers are booked and documented accurately.

You will also handle phone and online guest enquiries and reservations (no sales required, our guests know what they want). As we have no face-to-face contact with guests, you're welcome to wear anything from corporate attire to gym wear or even PJs! (slippers are parked under our desks).

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or after-hours work required, offering a great work-life balance. We are located on the 9th level in Springwood, with secure undercover parking and access to a small onsite gym that you are welcome to use. This position will not suit those seeking casual or part-time work.
