About the role

We have an opportunity for 2 x Senior ICT Business Analysts to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The role works with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs; capture, analyse and document requirements; and support the delivery of ICT solutions that meet business needs.

Can you provide an example when you captured the business requirements and worked with a technical team to implement a fit for purpose solution? Detail the process workflow you followed and what the outcome was?

Target Question 2:

Provide an example where you were briefed by a Stakeholder who needed help developing an ICT business improvement solution for their Team. How did you identify their needs and address issues? How did you collaborate/negotiate with the stakeholder in order to develop the required solution?
