About the role
One of Australia's leading healthcare companies are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong VMware knowledge to join a high performing team responsible for Data Centre Management, Virtualisation and Storage.
This is a 6-month contract role, open to candidates in both Sydney and Melbourne and has a hybrid working policy.
Responsibilities:
- Data Centre Management - Lifecycle management, support and renewals
- Virtualisation
- Storage - Forecasting, capacity management and renewals
- VDI Infrastructure
- Hardware maintenance
Skills and experience
- VMware skills - including NSX Load Balancers
- Storage - Hitachi, Lenovo, Dell
- Hardware maintenance
- Windows/Linux Servers
- Understanding of Active Directory and DNS
