About the Role
Trainee Educator – Entry-Level Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated individual who is eager to begin their career in early childhood education. As a Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced and supportive educators while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing environment that values learning, growth, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in creating a friendly, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Supporting educators with daily routines, activities, and supervision

Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Participating in the planning and implementation of programs under guidance

Learning and applying the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Embracing ongoing feedback and learning opportunities
