Early Learners Hub Albion Park is a family owned early learning Centre caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and operating from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

We are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic, and dedicated trainee to join our team in a full time capacity at our 27 place Centre in Albion Park. You will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst earning a wage and being mentored by a dedicated team of professional Educators.

Early Learners Hub will cover all training costs associated with your Traineeship.

The ideal Trainee will:

• Be a key part of the Centre and work with our wonderful team to deliver quality education
• Work closely with the Centre Director
• Form strong relationships with children, families and the community
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of our educational program and activities
• Develop a stimulating, fun and educational learning environment
• Assist with managing children's needs
• Meet the health and safety needs of all children

Suitable applicants will have:

• Hold no previous qualifications in Early Childhood
• Possess a genuine desire to care for and develop children
• Have completed, or be willing to complete, a Working With Children Check
• Completed year 12
• Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
• A commitment to supporting each other, our children, and their families.
• Flexibility with shifts between Monday - Friday
