Our client are a large grower, miller, refiner and marketer of sugar and related products. The company is one of Australia's largest cane growers and owns and operates sugar mills in Queensland.

We are currently seeking experienced forklift operators to join our team. This is a fast paced environment that operates 24/7 so as such we are looking for people who can hit the ground running. This will be an ongoing role for the right candidate.

Some key responsibilities will include:

• Forklift operation in a very fast paced production environment
• Have the ability to stack chep/loscam pallets in warehouse environment at a decent pace without damaging product - Ensuring straight stacks
• Loading/ Unloading chep/loscam pallets laden with products.
• General cleaning and maintenance duties
• Working to HACCP standards & Quality Checks
• Packaging of Goods
• Manual handling (12+kg)

• Able to communicate and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have:

• Hold a current LF high risk work licence
• A right to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate/Passport/Citizenship or Working Visa without restrictions)
• Be able to work 3 and/or 4 week rotating shift work which consist of Days, afternoons, nights & weekend work (2 weekends per month)
• Be physically fit
• Have reliable transport & committed to shifts
• Have a commitment to adhere to both RSM People's and the Host Employer's workplace health and safety procedures, policies and relevant statutory legislation.
• Be able to pass D&A Screening
