Our Homelessness Systems and Partnerships team partners with the specialist homelessness sector and also works more widely across government and the community to improve outcomes for people who are experiencing, or who are at risk of, homelessness.
The Systems Support and Education Officer is a role within the Homelessness Systems and partnerships division and is accountable to the Manager, Homelessness Systems and Education for:
providing support and education to system users of Homelessness Client Management Systems (including the Homeless2Home and Street Connect systems)
assisting with the maintenance of web content, training materials, delivery of training for the Specialist Homelessness Sector and maintaining electronic Learning Management Systems (eLMS)
providing administrative and project support to the Homelessness Systems Education team.
Special Conditions:
National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
