About the Role

This business is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Contracts Administrator to steer the commercial function on a $180m+ luxury mixed‑use development in the heart of the Gold Coast. Your core remit stays true to a Senior CA, working closely with site teams and senior leadership. However, prove you can own and exceed outcomes at this level, and this position offers a clear and defined pathway into focused project delivery — transforming into PM.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position.
• Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore (Preferred), Jobpac (preferred), CHEOPS, Jonas Premier
• Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage all contractual documentation, including agreements, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project partners.
• Improve / Implement best practices and procedures to optimize contract management processes and enhance project efficiency.
