With a growing pipeline of projects with key clients, we're looking for an experienced, self-motivated Contract Administrator to join the team.

The Role

• Hands-on role with high autonomy
• Head contract & subcontract administration including claims, variations, EOTs
• Full project cost control: procurement, subcontractor engagement, ongoing cost reporting
• Design-to-delivery lifecycle involvement
• Use of Cheops, Procore (docs), ProcurePro (procurement)
• Liaising directly with site teams and senior management
• Commercially protecting the company’s position while maintaining trusted relationships with subcontractors

The Person

• 3+ years as a sole/lead CA on $5M–$20M commercial projects
• Strong contract knowledge, budget oversight, variation management
• Confident communicator with clear, calm decision-making under pressure
• Able to travel to regional sites as required (monthly/fortnightly)
• Down-to-earth, collaborative mindset — especially suited to regional teams
• Capable of protecting the companies commercial interests without burning subcontractor relationships
• Values-based approach: humility, curiosity, and genuine care for the project and people
