You've got a solid understanding of the entertainment industry

A qualification and/or proven experience in Event Planning

Proven record of outstanding communication and attention to detail

Knows how to use the rules and systems to make every person feel special

Sales and customer service experience

- Inspiring and empowering a team that drives a highly positive environment for all.

- Keeping your venue and team looking the part and dressed to impress.

- Ensuring the safety of your team and your customers at all times by adhering to OH&S procedures and assisting in the further development of all procedures.

- Day to day supervision and management of the venue alongside your Venue Manager and stepping up to support as needed.

- Sales development and assistance with effective cost control

- Merchandising, stock control, stocktake & expenses.

- Cash handling
