If you thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy teamwork, & have the ability to work independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• General nursery tasks, including fertilizer & pre-emergent herbicide application
• Pruning & shaping of Trees to maintain quality
• Weeding / assist pulling orders
• Record keeping & general farm maintenance tasks
• Stem-staking of smaller stock
• Staking of stock ranging from 300mm pots to 3000L Containers
• Ramming & tying hardwood stakes into containers & the ground
• Installation & maintenance of irrigation systems for stock

What we are looking for:

• Physical fitness & endurance for a demanding role
• A willingness to learn new skills (Full training provided)
• The ability to work both independently & as a part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transport & punctual

Position Details:

• Location: Donnybrook Qld Australia
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 2:50pm
• Start: Casual basis with a guaranteed 40-hour work week
• Progression: Opportunity to transition to full-time employment after a 3-month trial period
