Well established private developer with an impressive track record in the luxury residential sector. With continued confidence in the high-end residential market this group are currently seeking a Project Manager to assist in the delivery of their next flagship development.

The Role
Working closely with the development team, this role will focus on the delivery phase of the development lifecycle. You will have responsibility for detail design, tender, appointing and managing the Head Contractor through to completion. The key to your success will be your ability to drive the project team to the successful delivery of development milestones (program, budget, quality).

About You
This role will suit candidates who are currently working for a developer, PM consultancy or are coming from Tier 1 or 2 construction backgrounds. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have the following skillset & experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering or project management
• Proven experience delivering apartment projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and ability to act as superintendent.
• Expert project management skills and experience coordinating design teams.
• Clear and decisive decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
