Client is a specialist project management consultancy with local office based in Brisbane’s CBD. They offer broad range of services including project management, development management tenancy delivery and building advisory, noting majority of the work is traditional project management area. Due to continued growth, they are wanting to hire an experienced client-side project manager to help the team grow

Your new role
The role is a traditional client-side role. The company delivers end to end projects across a number of sectors with current projects being retail and industrial but can change. They do also work across education, commercial, aviation, fit-out, aged care, etc.

They are looking for an experienced client-side project manager to plan, coordinate and manage a number of projects with broad range of values from smaller capex projects to large building projects.

Key to the role is delivering projects to budget while keeping close eye on risks and keeping stakeholders happy.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for an experienced client-side resource. Candidates must have experience working for a similar client-side project management consultancy ideally in the Brisbane region with network of sub-consultancies, contractors can engage with to be considered.

They are looking to engage hard-working, and self-motivated employee that takes a pride in their work and has a genuine passion for exceeding client expectations.

Client does have strong preference for tertiary qualifications. Ideally Construction management or Quantity surveying. The role is PM level – suggesting 3-5 years’ experience and will involve delivering some projects yourself while working to support SPM and PD on larger more complicated and higher value projects.
