Job Description
Mercury Glass is an independent glass processing and wholesale business that specializes in processing a wide range of high-quality glass products, including toughened, laminated and energy efficient glass to the commercial and residential building industry.

We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following Immediate Start Customer Service/Admin Coordinator at our busy Acacia Ridge factories:
Duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
· Preparing quotation, processing customer orders and accurately entry in the system
· Building & developing customer support, assisting customers with their enquires, pick up & product
Information via face to face, phone and emailing
· Process work order for production, printing label, photocopying and faxing
· Liaising between field staff and internal order process to ensure the supply of stock in full and on
· Other administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes; however, training will be given to those without experience
· Experience in glass manufacturing desirable but not essential
· High level of order data entries & experience with interpreting customers written orders and drawing
· MS Office skills, Proficient in Excel & MS Word
· Proactive attitude, Reliable & highly well organized
· English and Mandarin Speaking
