Patchett's Pies at Mascot is looking for a casual production cook to prepare and cook our wide range of mixes/pie fillings for our production of pies.

It is Monday to Friday 6 am start.

Experience is essential.

Must be a resident or equivalent.

Please no student visas.

Qualifications and experience:

Must be well organised and a good communicator.

Able to cope in a fast paced high volume environment.

Familiar with Haccp systems a plus

Key Responsibilities :

-Prepare and cook pie fillings

-Ordering stock and maintain stock levels

-Maintain clean and hygienic work space

-Ensure stock rotation is followed

-Record mix temperatures and follow cook chill chain
