Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and representation in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and domestic violence cases.

Manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Participate in business development and networking activities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in family law.

Admission to practice law in South Australia.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex family law cases.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
