The Role:
As our new Chef de Partie, you'll be a key player on the kitchen team, helping us deliver top-notch dishes with consistency, speed, and style.

What you’ll be doing:

Running your section like a boss

Prepping and plating to perfection

Supporting the team during busy services

Keeping things clean, calm, and compliant

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar kitchen role (Mexican experience = bonus points 🌶️)

A team player who’s also cool flying solo on their section

Passion for food, flavour, and getting the job done right

Great under pressure and always ready to jump in where needed

Someone who takes pride in what they do — and has fun doing it
