The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Maintenance Fitter with strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive attitude. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our production lines running efficiently and safely, working on cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Participating in our planned maintenance program via our computerised system (MEX)

Managing line changeovers and providing day-to-day production support

Diagnosing and repairing faults and breakdowns efficiently

Performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance and safety checks

Ensuring safe and timely rectification of any performance issues

Maintaining compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices)

Collaborating with a supportive team, rotating across day and night shifts, including weekends

What You’ll Bring

Mechanical Trade qualification (essential)

Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (highly regarded)

Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and problem-solving
