About the Role
Are you passionate about making workplaces safer and helping people thrive at work? As a WorkFit Services Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting organisations to create healthier, more productive environments through expert clinical guidance and hands-on consultancy. You'll be at the forefront of delivering tailored interventions in key areas such as Fitness for Work assessments, Manual Task training and inductions, musculoskeletal injury prevention and management, and ergonomic consultancy for building design and equipment selection. Your work will make a real difference in supporting worker wellbeing, reducing risk, and improving outcomes for both individuals and organisations.
This role is ideal for an experienced and driven clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to engage directly with clients across different industries. About You
You’re a skilled and motivated health professional who’s passionate about improving workplace safety and capacity. With a solid clinical background and a proactive, consultative approach, you’re ready to make a difference in diverse work environments.
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA registration or eligibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence a range of stakeholders
Proven experience in manual tasks, ergonomics, workplace injury rehab, and training delivery
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and injury prevention strategies
