Your Responsibilities:

Implement holistic recovery strategies for clients

Conduct comprehensive discipline specific assessments (workplace, functional, vocational etc)

Develop strategic return-to-work plans and manage complex cases

Liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive results

Ensure optimal functional performance outcomes for clients

High level reporting

What You Bring:

Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.

Professional Registration: AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA or ESSA Membership

Business Acumen: Strong rapport building skills, reporting and analytical skills

Leadership Potential: Positive, professional demeanour with a proactive approach

Operational Efficiency: Valid driver’s license and car for flexible mobility

Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation: This is desired however not essential
