As part of the crew of the iconic PS Emmylou, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable cruise, blending exceptional food with impeccable service.

Your Skills and Passion:

- Attention to detail and a dedication to outstanding guest experiences.

- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, catering to an intimate group of 16 guests.

- Willingness to stay onboard during the cruise, as this is a core requirement.

What You'll Do:

- Develop seasonal, innovative menus celebrating Australian fine dining traditions.

- Uphold the highest food safety standards as a certified Food Safety Supervisor.

- Work closely with the team to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and morning and afternoon teas—bringing organization and creativity to this fulfilling role.

- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our guests’ dining experiences.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a chef with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in food safety, kitchen management, inventory, and ordering.

- A creative flair for menu design with a focus on sustainability.

- Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a compact, fast-paced galley.
