The Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Print Operator to join our in-house production team. You’ll be responsible for operating large format printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality banner mesh and safety signage.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who values precision, works well in a team, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain equipment including HP Latex R2000 Plus Printer, HP Latex 2700w Printer and Prestige XL3 DTF Printer

Manage print jobs from setup to finishing

Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of machines

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

Experience in large format or digital print production

Confident using printers, laminators, cutters, or similar machinery

Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or similar) for file setup and print preparation

High attention to detail – you care about the quality of your work

A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
