As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced cocktail bartender to join our lively and dynamic team.

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience as a cocktail bartender or similar role in a upscale restaurant or bar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage, mixology techniques, and premium spirits.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
• RSA certification and relevant liquor licensing requirements.
• Wine knowledge is highly desirable but not compulsory.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Making and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Maintain the cleanliness and the bar organisation.
• Learn & develop cocktails and spirit list under the guidance of manager.
