Your new role:

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity where you'll drive growth, mentor a passionate sales team, and influence strategy across key industry sectors. You'll be responsible for the development and execution of the NSW sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Key Duties:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client solutions.
• Own the state-level sales strategy, identifying growth opportunities in line with national objectives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform service offerings and drive innovation.
• Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
