💼 The Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of our online presence. From developing creative strategies to engaging with audiences, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining how we communicate and grow online.

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.

Create, curate, and schedule original and engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

Monitor and manage our channels, interacting with our audience in a professional and on-brand way.

Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and algorithms.

Pitch fresh campaign ideas and take the initiative to suggest tools or processes that help us grow.

As we grow, there may be opportunities to expand the scope of your role—including full-time hours and work across additional brands.

👤 About You

You bring creativity and initiative to the table, love a challenge, and get excited about turning a blank canvas into a buzzing, engaged online community. You enjoy being part of the strategic process—working closely with stakeholders and leadership to shape a company’s digital image. You’re thoughtful, organised, and understand the balance between creativity and compliance in a professional environment.

Proven experience managing social media accounts and content strategy – ideally for a brand or business.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement techniques.

Great writing skills and an eye for visual detail (graphic design/video editing experience a bonus).

Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or your platform of choice – we’re open to your expertise!

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social advertising is desirable.

Confidence to pitch ideas and shape the direction of our online presence.

Self-motivated, organised, and excited to take ownership of your work.
