- Full-time appointment, fixed term April 2025 to February 2026.
- Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services delivers high quality academic administration and technical support services to the University’s Schools, including Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. The team is committed to delivering effective and efficient services that support the strategic objectives of both the Schools and the University, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices. The Schools Operations team provides academic and general administrative support to the University’s Schools.
About the opportunity
- Provide administrative support across a variety of School operations.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent and efficient services, adapting to evolving School needs.
- Use your initiative and sound judgment to handle complex queries and contribute to service improvements.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial administrative experience.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Outlook and internet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to high-level customer service.
